Good Vibrations Instagram Giveaway (“Giveaway”) Terms + Conditions

1. Eligibility: This Giveaway is open only to those who follow full rules as posted in the original Giveaway post(s) available at Instagram.com/GoodVibesToys.
This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Alabama) and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of participation. Employees of Good Vibrations, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“you”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Good Vibrations as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.

3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting at the time each individual post is published. All online entries must be received by the date noted on each individual post. Good Vibrations reserves the right to extend the entry period, but will not shorten it for any reason.

4. How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by following Instagram account @GoodVibesToys, entrants must tag one valid Instagram user in the original Giveaway post on Instagram.com/GoodVibesToys and the tagged user must also follow Instagram account @GoodVibesToys. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified in the post caption, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Good Vibrations.
No purchase is necessary to enter Giveaway.

5. Prizes: Prizes are listed in the caption of the original Giveaway post on @GoodVibesToys Instagram.
Prize may also include promotional materials and/or small promotional novelties. All prizes are for novelty use only. Style / color of prize items and actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Good Vibrations. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.
The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. The prize will be mailed to the winner upon confirmation and verification of eligibility and may take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on winner’s shipping address location. Good Vibrations waives all responsibility of the prize once awarded.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner(s) will be selected by a random computer-generated drawing under the supervision of Good Vibrations and must be verified as adhering to all rules and regulations. Winner(s) will be notified by Instagram Direct Message immediately following selection of Winner(s).
Each account is only eligible for one (1) win per calendar year.
Good Vibrations shall have no liability for Winner(s)’s failure to receive notices due to spam filters or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner(s) cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner(s) selected.
Winner will be notified via Direct Message through our verified account @GoodVibesToys. Good Vibrations is not responsible for any damages, fraud, or information theft by accounts falsely portraying our social media accounts and/or companies. It is the responsibility of the entrant to not accept spam messages and only provide information to our verified account @GoodVibesToys.
Receipt by Winner(s) of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by Winner(s) (at Good Vibrations‘s sole discretion) will result in Winner(s)’s disqualification as Winner(s) of the Giveaway, and all privileges as Winner(s) will be immediately terminated.

8. By entering this Giveaway, you are under obligation to prove age as well as identity as associated with your Instagram User Handle/Profile to a Good Vibrations staff member via e-mail in order to claim your prize. Your personal information- excluding Instagram User Handle/Profile- will not be revealed, sold, or shared publicly or privately on any level.

9. Good Vibrations reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Good Vibrations’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. Good Vibrations reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Good Vibrations has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, Good Vibrations reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Good Vibrations and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any cable, hardware, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (iv) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

Good Vibrations and other Giveaway Sponsors are not liable for any damages, fraud, or information theft by accounts falsely portraying our social media accounts and/or companies. It is the responsibility of the entrant to not accept spam messages and only provide information to our verified account @GoodVibesToys.

11. Sponsor: The Giveaway is hosted and sponsored by Good Vibrations and any collaborative brands tagged in the original Giveaway post. All Good Vibrations Giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

12. Consent: BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES/GIVEAWAY, YOU, THE CONTESTANT, HAVE AFFIRMATIVELY ACCEPT AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE OFFICIAL RULES.
