Good Vibes Rewards Membership and General Terms & Conditions

Good Vibes Rewards is sponsored by Good Vibrations. Good Vibrations reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these terms and conditions. All determinations by Good Vibrations shall be final and conclusive in each case. These terms and conditions supersede all previously published terms and conditions.

Membership: Good Vibes Rewards Membership ("Membership") is open to individuals of at least 18 years of age. Membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules which will be updated and remain available to Members at any time using this page. Membership rules are void to the extent where prohibited by law.

Membership and participation in the accrual and redemption of Good Vibes Rewards points is currently only available to those placing orders within and shipping within the United States of America.

Good Vibes Rewards currently only apply and are valid only to online orders completed via GoodVibes.com. Membership, points accrual, and rewards are not currently able to be applied to in-store orders made at our retail locations or orders made using our Good Vibes Curbside website.

Commercial customers, wholesale ordering, and others purchasing items for resale are not eligible for Membership. 

Good Vibrations reserves the right to make Good Vibes Rewards points, tiers, promotional offers, and other benefits and programs exclusive to select Members based on purchase activity, geographic location, program participation, or information supplied by the member.

A Member may cancel Membership at any time via the Rewards Member Portal. Good Vibrations reserves the right to cancel, restrict, and/or terminate a Membership at any time.

Program and Member Benefits: Accrual of points is at a rate of 1 (one) point per $1 USD (one U.S. dollar) spent with the value of 100 points equaling $5 USD in applicable credit to online orders. The Member's Good Vibes Rewards account information must be provided by the Member at time of purchase by logging in to and using their online account. There is no minimum purchase required to earn points, and points can be redeemed at any time for their earned value with no minimum points amount required for redemption. 

Points are earned per completed spend at subtotal after any discounts, promotions, and redeemed rewards points are deducted. Points are not earned for tax, shipping cost, donations, or purchase of the Extend protection plans. Points are not earned on purchases made using store credit, Gift Cards, and/or e-Gift Cards. Points earned on a purchase will be deducted from the Member's account should that order be cancelled or returned. 

Points will post to the Member's account after their GoodVibes.com order has shipped. No adjustments to the Member's account will be made after 90 days from the actual purchase date. Good Vibes Rewards points do not expire through the life of the program.

The Good Vibes Rewards program offers tiers to Members that offer benefits at increasing levels by dollar amount spent. Current benefits of each tier are available to view here and may change through varying promotional periods.

Tier Levels:
Member: Required spend $0 - $249
Insider: Required spend $250 - $499
VIP: Required spend $500+

Tier status is determined by purchases made within the year period of November 21st through November 20th of the following year. Members of our Insider and VIP tiers will lose their tier status if they do not meet the minimum dollars spent during each year period. If the minimum spend requirements are not met within the year period, your account and Rewards Member Portal will remain active and all points earned will remain in your account, however you will return to our base Member tier level. Purchases of any dollar amount - after discounts, promotions and redeemed points are deducted, and with the exception of dollars spent on tax, shipping, Extend protection plans, donations, and purchases made with store credit, Gift Cards, and/or e-Gift Cards will count towards maintaining tier status when made within each year period.

Members can view their account activity, points, and other account information online by logging into the Rewards Member Portal

Privacy: By registering for the Good Vibes Rewards program, Members agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from Good Vibrations unless opted-out via the Rewards Member Portal and/or through the links provided at the bottom of all non-order essential e-mail communications. Your personal information used for the creation of your account will not be shared or sold to any third parties.

Regulations: Good Vibrations may change the Good Vibes Rewards program rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, tier statuses, or point levels for rewards, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated. Good Vibrations reserves the right to change, terminate, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward or condition pertaining to point accrual or redemption for any reason.

Points earned within the Good Vibes Rewards program may only be redeemed towards qualifying purchases and may not be claimed for any cash value or credit outside of orders made within these terms for any reason. Termination of an individual account or of the Good Vibes Rewards program may result in loss of accrued points, at the discretion of Good Vibrations. 

All points and subsequent rewards must be earned and used according to the terms and conditions of the Good Vibes Rewards program. Good Vibrations has the right to make the final decision on whether a purchase qualifies for Good Vibes Rewards. 

Points are not transferable and may not be combined among Good Vibes Rewards program Members or conveyed by any means to anyone and for any reason, including through a Member's estate, and may not pass to a members' successors and assigns. Accrued points do not constitute property of the member. 

Good Vibrations is not responsible for communications, including benefit notification or redemption, lost due to change of email address or other contact information.

Misuse of the  Good Vibes Rewards program, including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of reward certificates, product, points or promotional offers, using multiple Rewards accounts in an effort to abuse the Good Vibes Rewards program, sharing of accounts outside of the Membership terms, and any and all other misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by Good Vibrations may result in termination of the Member's account and future disqualification from program participation, forfeiture of all points accrued, cancellation of previously issued but unused reward certificates, and other benefits and allowances related to the Good Vibes Rewards program as well as to Good Vibrations.

In connection with the enforcement of any of the terms and conditions governing the Good Vibes Rewards program, Good Vibratons reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, and to recover damages, attorneys' fees and court costs.

Good Vibrations reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these terms and conditions. All determinations by Good Vibrations shall be final and conclusive in each case. These terms and conditions supersede all previously published terms and conditions.
