SAN FRANCISCO, (May 12, 2017): Good Vibrations, the premier sex toy retailer trusted for decades to provide quality products, accurate information, and sex positive education, will host a party at their Lakeshore Avenue (Oakland) store on Wednesday, May 31st, from 6 to 8pm to honor current Bay Area partners in their GiVe campaign for social change. They are the Transgender Law Center and Planned Parenthood Northern California. Representatives from each organization will be present to speak about their organizations.

Good Vibrations Staff Sexologist Carol Queen, PhD, will host the reception. She says, “It is such an honor to play a role in supporting these two vital organizations, both serving constituencies that find themselves increasingly challenged by current events. Good Vibrations stands by them, their fierce and capable staff members, and their deeply important work."

Good Vibrations donates advertising and sponsorship for fundraisers, along with a percentage of retail sales that has provided much needed support for women's shelters, HIV/AIDS research, art programs, LGBT benefits and much more. Other recent partners have included The National Breast Cancer Coalition and the Pulse Nightclub victims fund in Orlando, Florida. Good Vibrations' loyal and socially conscious customers are an integral part of helping them help others. Unlike many other companies, Good Vibrations does not take any administrative fees or charges, and fully donates the contribution and also matches a percentage or proceeds.
