We have the small and medium. Either could be used for long term wear. Both are great for sex play. The large is a bit big for DP play especially if the penis is a girthy. Wonderful shape. The flange fits nicely between the cheeks. I wore it under my suit at the beach last year. Muck better than the traditionally shaped plugs.

i am very happy with severin! although a beginner anal player, severin allows me to go from easy to deep without much fuzz....can play sitting, driving, shopping -and enjoy...soft and gentle, it is a superb anal toy!
