The title sounds like a superhero ("Look, up in the sky! Is it a bird? A plane? No, it's Multi-Orgasmic Man!") -- and in some respects, the guy that can separate ejaculation from orgasm and come multiple times might be considered superhuman. What I like about the book, though, is the down-to-earth tone and clear descriptions of the Tantric practices that can help men add longevity and enhancement to their experiences.
