Makes an awesome gift!

I bought the Twister Tenga egg for my partner thinking we were going to use it together. When it came down to it I couldn't find a rhythm so he took over and I concentrated on other parts of his body. He actually ended up really liking it because it made him orgasm every use with little effort. He got about 10 uses from it (until it tore) with cleaning it after every use and avoiding being too rough with it. I will definitely be getting more for him and my guy friends.

Bought this to use with my bf. Not really great. Bf is pretty well endowed and there was just too much stretching/positioning involved, too much work for not enough pleasure.

I got this to change things up some. My hubby was a little hesitant to let me use it on him, but he loves it now. I've even washed them and let them air dry and they are ready to go again. I think they would make great gifts also. Everyone needs a little change.
Works great for me

A satisfied user
I have tried both the wavy and the silky, and I think the silky is AWESOME. Wavy doesn't do the trick for me--stimulation is too separated.
The idea that these are "one-time-use" items is utterly ridiculous. First, I am not paying $10 to jerk of once. Second, they hold up much longer than this. Take care of them, clean them, and don't use them like you stole them and you can get a good 40-50 uses at least.
Great toy, lots of fun, can be reused

This toy is pretty cool. Don't be fooled by it's disposable label. I've used mine maybe 20 times already and it's holding up, but I use it gently so if I was more aggressive that might be different. I like it because it's gentle on my cock and I can cum more than once per day if use it with out the kind of discomfort you get from a hard beat session. I like it with a viscous lube over a thin one and clean up is very easy.
Lovely little egg
April 6, 2012
Despite the many lamentations I've seen on the internet that this toy is intended to be disposable, I was able to, with care, use mine somewhere in the ballpark of 30 times before it finally tore through. The trick is to use it as a penile head stimulator: with some light pressure, lube (Liquid Silk and Maximus both worked beautifully for me), and a small measure of focus, it feels amazing without stretching the elastomer to its limits.
I don't know whether any lubes react with this material, but intuition tells me that silicone would probably be a poor idea. Also, water is fine, but soap should likely be avoided when cleaning the toy to help prevent it from breaking down.
lots of fun!

This isn’t like other masturbation sleeves that have some rigidity to it – this is very stretchy and is more akin to just using your hand, but the sensation is decidedly different. Each egg has its own pattern built into it. I was using the “Twister” which has spiral curves inside. Others have nodules, web patterns, they even had one for the holidays that had snowflakes!
It’s not just about the ol’ “grasp ‘n tug” – this one can be experimented with. Use it for stimulation of just the head, turn it and twist it, there’s a lot you can do with this to create some very enjoyable sensations.

fun for women, too

I wanted to try it by putting it over a vibe inside out so I could the feeling of the egg and its texture during vaginal penetration. Yes ladies, you can make this a toy for yourself too! Now as I said it is hard to stretch and get it to stay at the bottom at first so my choice of vibe here with balls really helped. By bringing the opening of the egg below the ball part the was no slippage at all, it totally stayed in place. With a smooth straight shaft chances are it would not work. I lubed it up and proceeded with usual self pleasing. It was really awesome because it adds a bit of girth to the dildo or vibe and the squishy material feels great. Also I could definitely feel the nubs a bit too adding pleasurable sensation. It was like having a whole new vibe to try out.

Perfect, multi-purpose toy for the price
October 31, 2010
As a toy for the Hitachi, I found it pleasant against the skin, easy to put on and take off, and easy to clean. It definitely added a little something different to my masturbation, which is nice. I'm still in mourning for my poor late Wahl coil, which died, much to my dismay, after a particularly rough clit-rubbin' session. I love that the Wahl had multiple heads for different sensations, and particularly liked the suction cup one. The Tenga egg helped me recover from that loss, because it's opened up one thing I really like in a vibrator- variety. With 5 more textures to experience, I'll be kept pretty busy!
Deciding to let the boy try it for it's intended use, I gave it over to him. It took a bit of explaining, but he added some lube and wanked away. "Initially I was skeptical, but found it was pretty nice- it's soft, so I got to maintain a pretty tight pressure while still having that soft feeling. Though," he adds, "it's not going to replace my hand for all future masturbation sessions." So, again, if you seek variety, check one of these out.

It fits easily over the head of the Hitachi and gives the vibration a softer feel- not too gentle, but not rough on your clit, either. Very nice indeed. I found it pleasant against the skin, easy to put on and take off, and easy to clean. It definitely added a little something different to my masturbation, which is nice. With 5 more textures to experience, I'll be kept pretty busy!

makes a nice change

I’m giving it 4 stars because I like the Tenga egg quite a bit but I do have to be really careful the whole time I’m using it on him not to stretch it too far. If it were stronger it would be excellent.
Giving a hand job with a Tenga egg has two advantages though; I don’t have to stop and re-lube my hands, and there’s not much mess afterwards. The opening of the egg angles in, so the majority of it stays put and all of the cum stays in the end. Overall we both enjoyed it, and I think it would be great for men who want to try something new once in awhile but don’t want to invest in a full-sized masturbation toy.

What a waste of landfill
May 2, 2010
I can't believe that this is designed to be disposable. What are they making this out of that it degrades so quickly, and what's with all the toys that Goodvibes is now carrying that are meant for one-time only use. $8.50 and then it just winds up as landfill? That's unconscionable.

Bad egg puns aside, this is a fun toy. The only negative is its lack of durability. Depending on your size and how much you stretch it during play, the egg will become deformed after a few uses. They come in boxes of six and wile they are far cheaper than dinner and a movie, it could still get expensive to use them all the time. If you want an everyday masturbation gizmo, you should buy the Tenga Flip. If you want something less expensive to use occasionally, the eggs are a good bet.

There’s something very Japanese about the simplicity of the Tenga Egg. To put it in literary terms, if you think of the Flip Hole, Tenga’s hi-tech masturbation sleeve, as a meticulously designed epic novel on the scale of Ulysses or Gravity’s Rainbow, then the Egg is a haiku: small and simple, yet remarkably effective.
The Egg is exactly that: an egg-shaped piece of gel with a hole at the bottom for you to slip your cock in. The inside has contoured patterns to massage your cock to your heart’s content, and the folks at Tenga have thoughtfully included a small container of lube. Squeeze the lube into the hole, slip your cock inside, and you’re ready to go. In contrast to the Flip Hole, the Egg isn’t built to last. It’s intended to be disposable; one or two uses—maybe three if you’re very careful, but by the time I finished slamming into my Egg one fine morning, it was already a little distorted in shape. It’s not one of those toys that you settle down and raise a family with; it’s much more like the one-night stand that you take home on Friday night and then politely show to the door by 3AM Saturday. But that’s a feature of the Tenga Egg, not a bug; it’s supposed to be cheap, easy, and quick.

The Egg Man

So when you crack open the plastic shell, you find a translucent, rubbery egg with a large hole on the bottom. The elastomer is completely flexible. If you turn the egg inside out, you'll find one of six patterned textures designed to enhance the overall experience. Squirt in some water-based lube (after putting it back to right side out), and you're ready to go. I recommend rubbing the egg between your thumb and fingers first to get the inside completely lubed up. Then you stretch the hole over the head of your cock. Some guys are all about the head when masturbating, but I'm a full shaft stroker. So I stretched that egg all the way to the base. Wet and squishy. Delicious. And wow, your cock looks really strange and really cool—like a failed, cloudy aspic—bulging and pulsing through the translucent elastomer and striated or spotted with the texture. Is it weird to get off on how your cock looks in one of these things? Probably but I don't care.
The simple design of the eggs allows for multiple ways to masturbate. There's, of course, straightforward stroking, but you can also take better advantage of the textures by rotating the egg around the shaft or applying pressure to selected areas and hot spots. It would be hard for me to say which of the textures I preferred because I'm not sure how much they actually contributed to my good time. I've tried four of the patterns (spheres, semi-circles, horizontal ripples, and veritical ripples). While I had a great time using all of them, I think that if I had to choose, I prefer the ripples to the discrete shapes.

An nice sensation with a slightly disturbing visual
January 14, 2010
At 8.50 I couldn't resist trying one of these out. I popped open the egg and everything needed was there - even the lube! Putting the egg on took more dexterity that I thought it would. I put it on easily enough and once on, I couldn't help but chuckle. There was this white gelatinous blob on the head of my penis!
It's really stretchy and I used it like a sheath. The visuals and the texture in my hand were a bit disturbing, but the egg feels pretty good. It's really squishy. It felt like I was stroking this bigger than usual and squishier than usual penis. Oh, and seeing my penis sheathed in the translucent white gelatinous blob was an interesting and slightly disturbing visual too.
When used it stretches a lot and it will wear out pretty quickly. The bumps and ridges feel nice, but I guess I prefer a fleshlight if I'm in the mood for a sleeve-like toy.
The rating wasn't working when I clicked, but I'd give it 3 stars.
