Once this thing slides in, I get hard as steel and everything is incredibly sensitive. It's amazing how strong an erection it creates, and completely rocking orgasms. the perineum part can be a little uncomfortable, sometimes. trying to control it makes for a great game, and just tightening and relaxing your muscles causes extra sensation.

I got my Aneros a bit more than two years ago, and I was a little skeptical when I received it, as its plain plastic look may make one think it is a cheap toy. My first tests were not so great as I was not quite ready, but after being in the right mood for it, I saw "stars" and... passed out (in a good way!). I would suggest that if it is your first time with a toy, or first time with an Aneros, you should give it a few tries before giving up. It does take one to truly relax to appreciate it. When you reach that level of comfort, you will feel and understand the potential of this ingenious toy. You can use it just as is, relax, put it in, and let it do its thing; you will be amazed by the way it works. Or you can use it in combination with a masturbation sleeve, or have your partner give you a BJ, or even intercourse. One SESA tipped me on trying it with a vibe (I use a bullet) for an even more intense experience. It rocks! (thanks for the tip). You can use it in bed, or in the shower, but for the best result, keep it on for as long as you can. I haven't used it during intercourse personally, but I am ready to bet that it makes for a quite intense feeling :) This toy is small enough that you can take it with you on a trip, and it is super easy to clean. I could type for hours about this little guy, but instead I would suggest anyone curious about it to get one, get some good lube, find some time to get comfy and give it a try.

I thought I'ld be a bit adventurous and give this a try. As soon as it arrived, I put it to the test. After reading these reviews, I was expecting something pretty "intense," but the orgasm(s) I experienced really didn't seem that unusual. The sensation was nice (pressure on the prostrate) but it didn't seem to intensify my orgasms, which was kind of the point. I guess I would recommend this product since it seems to work for others, but I wouldn't expect anything mind-blowing.

The instruction manual suggests relaxing, muscle tension whatever --- that did nothing for me. But when I got an erection going - I had a dry orgasm almost immediately followed up by the best orgasm ever when I ejaculated.. Multiple orgasm for a man first time out --- Amazing.
