I love this toy! Yes, I use it like the brochure recommends. (Reading the box it comes in & the accompanying brochure is almost worth the price alone!) I prefer something hard on my clit & up inside & this is perfect for that. I start off using the big ball on my clit, pumping away. It feels so good! Then I put it up inside, jacking away, getting myself ready for something bigger. Then I put my favorite vibrator inside me, put the big ball on my clit, squeeze my legs, & hump away. It's the best!
The nice thing about this toy is that you can't break it. It never needs batteries. It doesn't break down. It's easy to clean. If it vibrated & was a little bigger, it'd the perfect toy. It's great at it is, though. I heartily recommend this for anyone.

This one had me at hello. So sleek and shiny, nice weight - it's just gorgeous. The "exercises" outlined in the instructions do not feel like they're doing a lot of good... maybe I'm doing something wrong... but oh yes! It gives a mean orgasm when used creatively.

Try this: position the large ball just a couple of inches in, so that it can hit your G-spot. Lay on your tummy (I like my legs crossed in this position) and use one hand to stimulate your clit while you use the other to move the free end of the barbell up and down - divine. When I do this with a multi-speed bullet pulsing on my clit, I can actually make myself scream.

The only thing I wish I could change about this would be the girth - if it were about 1 1/2" in diameter, I would probably never leave my apartment. So maybe it's a good thing I can't change anything about Betty's Barbell... ;)

Just when you thought resistance training was limited to the gym...here comes Betty's Barbell. Easy to use and provides a good amount of weight for PC exercises. It also works nicely as a dildo for areas that need a firm hand. One constructive criticism: the "complete instructions" were much less than expected, but it was pretty easy to figure out.
