The MamaSutra grew up in Iowa, went to school in Wisconsin, got married in Minnesota, thrived in NYC, had a couple of kids in Germany, and settled in California. After years of building other skills, she has gone back to school at the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality, where she is finishing up her studies toward a Doctorate of Human Sexuality. What do she hope to do with it? Teach parents how to talk with their kids about body image and sexuality.
