We do not give satisfaction returns. Items purchased online and at our retail locations cannot be returned unless the item is defective. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item only within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the sales receipt. All returns must be pre-approved, so please call or email for your Return Authorization number and pre-paid return address label.
