Customer Satisfaction & Returns

Items purchased at any retail location cannot be returned unless the item is defective.  Defective items will be exchanged for the same item only within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the sales receipt. 

Returnable items that are purchased online may be returned for store credit of the cost of the item only within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in unopened packaging and in original pristine condition. Shipping charges to and from the recipient are non-refundable. 

Returnable items that are defective can be returned for an exchange of the same item only.  Please contact us for a pre-paid return address label at 800-BUY-VIBE (800-289-8423) during our business hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time.  You can also email us at customerservice@goodvibes.com.

DVD’s are not returnable unless they have not been opened, or are defective.  Defective DVD’s will be exchanged for the same title only. 

We do not accept any returns on the following items:

• Silicone dildos
• Jimmyjane & LELO items
• Strap-on Harnesses
• Glass, Stainless Steel, Metal or Wood items
• Condoms
