General Information
You can place an order with us in several ways: LIVE CHAT Live Chat is available by clicking the Talk to a Personal Shopper NOW button to the left for assistance with product and sex questions, to help ordering! We're open Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM. ONLINE Every time you click on a link to order, you will have an opportunity to view your cart and may add to or delete items from your order. When you are satisfied with your order, you will then be prompted to enter in your customer information and your password (if you're a returning customer). Once you have entered this information you may choose to send your order to us online or print it out and send it by another method. Our online orders are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, which renders ordering through our web site with a credit card as secure as using your credit card in a retail store. Please have the product names ready, along with your credit card number and expiration date (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). FAX When you are done with your order, print out a final copy of your order and fax it to us at (415) 974-8989, any time. Please include the following information with your order: your full name, billing and shipping address, shipping method, credit card number and expiration date (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). MAIL When you are done with your order, print out a copy and mail it to us at 537 Stevenson Street, San Francisco, CA 94103. Please include the following information with your order: your full name, billing and shipping address and shipping method (don't forget to include payment!).
PAYMENT OPTIONS
For orders placed online or via fax or mail, we accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks and money orders. Gift cards may be used as partial or complete payment for orders placed via fax, mail or over the phone (you must have your unique gift card number to redeem your gift card). At this time we are unable to redeem gift cards on our website. We accept payment in US dollars only. We cannot process COD orders. SALES TAX If you're ordering online, our system will automatically calculate sales tax for you. If you're mailing or faxing in your order and your order will be shipped to a California or Massachusetts address, please add your appropriate local sales tax. |
