The thumb controls the ergonomic settings (nine patterns and speeds!) -- with the penetrative end of the handle towards the body. A 12-hour charge powers the motor for 60-90 minutes. Tips for use: Once your Emotional Bliss vibrator is fully charged and unplugged, firmly double-click on the mode button without pausing. The LED will illuminate indicating that the vibrator is turned on.

Within each mode, use the plus and minus buttons to increase or decrease the sensation. There are three individual settings for each of the three modes. Once on, you can cycle through the three modes by firmly pressing the mode button once. Each time the LED will blink twice to indidcate a change of mode.
