After using the low speed, I often come twice in a row using the high, throbbing setting with the rounded oval attachment. After an extended session, I find I can actually insert the round head of my Hitachi Magic Wand and let it vibrate on the low setting. The combination of the coil vibrator on the clitoris and the deep pulsations of the wand near the G spot lead to an incredible series of strong orgasms.

When I'm not alone, the attachment that is U-shaped with the two cones on either side of a smooth curved middle section is perfect applied to my boyfriend's shaft, gripping it firmly with results in 30 seconds or less each time!
