We understand that ordering over the web without seeing items in person can be a difficult process, and we strive to ensure that our customers are happy with their choices. Please follow the instructions below to ensure optimum customer service when returning items.

All returns must be pre-authorized. Please call our mail order staff toll-free at 1-800-289-8423 (1-800-BUY-VIBE) or at (415) 974-8990 to obtain an "RA" (Return Authorization) number and instructions for returns. Our mail order department is open Monday through Friday, 7 am - 5 pm, Pacific Time. You can also reach us via email at customerservice@goodvibes.com.

At Good Vibrations, we want all of our customers to be satisfied. We believe so much in the quality of the products we sell; we give our customers 30 days to return any product for any reason (excluding DVDs). If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, bring it back to us for an exchange or store credit.

In order to receive an exchange or store credit, your product must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Packages returned by UPS as refused, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information or missing address information ie: apartment number, suite or floor number etc. will be charged a $10 returned package fee. Freight is non refundable.

A 10% restock fee will be applied to orders with more than 5 items being returned on them.

A $5 viewing fee will be applied to non defective DVD’s that are not returned in original sealed packaging. Opened DVD’s are non-refundable; returns will be issued store credit.
